Mushroom Tikka
ingredients- 250 grams mushroom Marinade 1/2 cup thick yogurt 1 tablespoon cream 1 tablespoon grated cheese 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon cornflour 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala 1/4 teaspoon tikka masala 2 tablespoon chopped coriander Salt to taste Method Take curd in a bowl and add all ingredients of the marinade and mix well.Wash mushroom and add mushrooms in the marinade till surving time. At surving time grease the non stick tawa or pan. Place the mushrooms on it. Place the tawa on high rack and grill mushrooms for 8 minutes. If the mushrooms are not golden brown,grill for 1-2 minutes more. Surve sprinkled with chat masala.
