Mushroom Tikka
- 250 grams mushroom
Marinade
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon tandoori masala
- 1/4 teaspoon tikka masala
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
Method
- Take curd in a bowl and add all ingredients of the marinade and mix well.Wash mushroom and add mushrooms in the marinade till surving time.
- At surving time grease the non stick tawa or pan. Place the mushrooms on it. Place the tawa on high rack and grill mushrooms for 8 minutes.
- If the mushrooms are not golden brown,grill for 1-2 minutes more. Surve sprinkled with chat masala.
